How to order products?
Ordering crane spare parts from the CLESCRANE STORE is very convenient. If this is your first time purchasing from our store, simply follow these simple steps:
Step 1: Register as a member;
Step 2: Browse the product catalog;
Step 3: Add the products you wish to purchase to your shopping cart and submit the order; (At the same time, our product consultant will get in touch with you)
Step 4: Make the payment offline;
Step 5: After making the offline payment, please send the payment receipt to your product consultant or email it to inquiry@clescrane.com. Once the finance department confirms the payment, we will immediately proceed with processing your order.
Do you provide bulk discount?
Yes we are capable of supplying any quantity of our products you require, contact us for a quotation.
Our company is based abroad, can we still purchase at Lifting Equipment Store?
Yes, absolutely. Our product consultant can provide bespoke export quotations from simple courier costs to more complex packing and shipping requirements. We pride ourselves on offering such a competitive export service and have recieved five star feedback from our clients worldwide.
Returns & Exchanges
International Returns and Exchanges are always difficult for most companies logistically – at CLESCRANE, we try to make them as simple as possible. 
All returns must be confirmed by us prior to you returning them.
If something purchased from us is deemed faulty upon delivery, or is delivered incorrectly, we will also exchange or rectify the issue with zero cost to the customer. Regrettably, we are not able to exchange or return any made-to-order products if incorrectly ordered by the customer.
All shipping costs are to be covered by the customer unless in the event of faulty goods. If returning a product for an alternative with a different price we will either return the difference (less the handling fee) or request the difference if the new product is more expensive.
Due to the nature of our products, we are only able to offer a ‘Return to Base’ type warranty, meaning any warranty repairs (unless otherwise agreed) would have to be performed at our warehouse in the China.
